At Dafi Labs, we are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with at least 2.5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will specialize in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, ReactJs, and NodeJs). Your contributions will be crucial in developing functional, elegant, and seamless user experiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features and back-end services using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, ReactJs, NodeJs).
• Build reusable components, libraries, and APIs for future use.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work closely with back-end developers to design and implement robust and scalable APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.
• Gain understanding and apply blockchain concepts where required.

Qualifications:

• At least 2.5 years of proven experience in full-stack web development, particularly in ReactJs and NodeJs.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express, React, and NodeJs (MERN stack).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end/back-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience in developing and deploying scalable applications in cloud environments (AWS experience preferred).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, the JavaScript object model, and ES6+.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to blockchain concepts is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
