We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing visually appealing content that enhances our brand identity, working on a variety of projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, marketing materials, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
• Create user-friendly interfaces and experiences for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain design consistency across all platforms, ensuring brand integrity.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, infographics, and other visual content for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and continuously seek to improve design processes and techniques.
• Provide feedback and contribute to the evolution of the company’s visual style and brand.
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Experience in both digital and print design, with a working knowledge of web design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
