Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Assist in tracking employee performance and feedback.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Or Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
