Dafi Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer with 2.5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying blockchain solutions. Your contributions will help build decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain infrastructures, supporting our cutting-edge web and blockchain projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions, including dApps and smart contracts.
• Lead the development of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.), and other blockchain components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain systems into web applications.
• Perform security audits of smart contracts and ensure best practices for blockchain development.
• Implement and manage on-chain and off-chain interactions.
• Write clear, efficient, and secure Solidity or other blockchain-related code.
• Develop and optimize blockchain infrastructure, ensuring high-performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, protocols, and trends to drive innovation within projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with blockchain systems and smart contracts.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on blockchain development practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• 2.5+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a strong focus on developing smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Proficiency in Solidity and other smart contract languages.
• Experience working with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or other blockchain platforms.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts such as consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed ledger technology.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, and Ethers.js.
• Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and DeFi protocols.
• Experience with version control (Git) and development workflows for decentralized applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to write secure and optimized code.
• Experience with security audits and best practices for blockchain development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
