Dafi Labs is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 2.5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing our development and deployment processes while ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of our systems. This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects in blockchain and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).
• Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment of applications.
• Oversee infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and security engineers, to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Ensure system monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies are in place and optimized for performance.
• Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and fault tolerance strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging DevOps trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement within the infrastructure.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best DevOps practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• 2.5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or cloud infrastructure management, with a focus on high-availability and scalable environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure preferred) and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, security practices, firewalls, load balancers, and monitoring tools.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and managing multiple environments (development, staging, production).
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and decentralized applications is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in collaborative team environments.
