As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology-focused projects. You’ll bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all technical aspects align with project goals and timelines. Your role will be critical in managing resources, tracking progress, and providing clear communication across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to define project scopes, technical requirements, and deliverables.
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring Agile best practices are followed to optimize team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Monitor and track project progress using project management tools, identifying and mitigating risks or roadblocks as they arise.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the project, facilitating discussions between stakeholders and engineers.
• Ensure clear communication across teams, managing expectations, project documentation, and delivering status updates to stakeholders and upper management.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices, applying them to improve project execution and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of experience in technical project management, particularly in software development or technology-focused environments.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and related tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Technical background or experience working with developers in web technologies, cloud platforms, or mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and provide clear direction to technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans for stakeholders.
• Experience with managing project budgets, timelines, and risk management.
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment, driving projects toward successful completion.
