ICO
An ICO is a sale of a token on a schedule. We build the sale contract and the page that explains the cap, the window, and what a contributor receives. The legal permission to run a sale is the company’s, and we do not treat the software as that permission.

Questions
Does building the sale make it lawful?
No. The application records the sale. Whether a company may offer the token is a legal question outside the build.
